Return/Exchange Policy
Return/Exchange Window
You can return or exchange your product within 7 days of receiving it. To initiate a return or exchange, log in & go to my orders section, and select the item you wish to return/exchange.
Reverse Pickup Charge
A fee of ₹100 will be charged for returns.
There is NO fee for exchanges, such as size exchanges.
Refund Process Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item then only a refund will be initiated, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.
-COD orders: Refunds can be issued to your bank account or as store credit.
Damage or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact our customer service team with photos of the product and your order details for assistance.
Self-Shipping Returns
If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you can return the product by self-shipping it to our warehouse. No reverse pickup charge will be deducted for self-shipping returns.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, including but not limited to: masks, accessories, personal care items etc. Additionally, products purchased during clearance sales, "Buy One Get One" promotions, or other flash sales are non-returnable. -
Bank Details:
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate bank details for refunds. We are not liable for refunds sent to incorrect accounts due to incorrect details provided by the customer. -
Delivery Issues:
If you receive an SMS or email notification stating your order has been delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 24 hours. We will investigate and resolve the issue with the delivery partner. -
Product Condition:
Returned products must be in unused condition, with all tags and accessories intact. Products showing signs of use or damage, or missing accessories, will not be accepted for return or exchange. - Please note: Return or exchange can only be processed once per order.
